From our research and testing, we found that the airasia Best Price Guarantee allows customers to request a refund if they spot a lower rate elsewhere within 24 hours for either hotel bookings or SNAP (flight+hotel) deals made via the airasia MOVE app or website.

We checked airasia’s rewards setup and found that cashback is not offered directly through airasia itself. However, airasia occasionally partners with BigPay to provide cashback for eligible bookings.

When available, this cashback is credited to your BigPay account rather than appearing as airasia points or wallet credits. It can usually be used for future purchases such as flights, hotels, or attraction tickets.

In general, airasia does not allow stacking more than one promo code in a single booking for any of these services, which means you will need to choose the one that gives you the best savings at checkout.

There have been a few notable exceptions based on past programmes. For example, customers who received travel voucher codes from AirAsia X after flight cancellations during the pandemic were allowed to stack up to five travel vouchers in each booking. Referees would receive 625 AirAsia points after signing up, downloading the airasia MOVE app, and completing their first login within 30 days. Based on our research, the campaign is only available to selected participants pursuing tertiary education at public universities in Malaysia, and it is not applicable for group bookings. We checked airasia’s fare structure carefully because many travellers ask about age based discounts before booking. At the moment, there are no special fares or senior citizen discounts available. However, passengers aged 70 and above are exempted from self check in and can enjoy priority check in and boarding at the airport. For frequent travelers who often travel domestically with airasia, the HSBC Visa Signature Credit Card will be the best option for you to apply for if you do not own a credit card yet, as it allows you to earn:
